It is with great pride that RPM host client events and functions, both on and off our premises in Apollo Drive, Rosedale. The events serve as a great social and networking opportunity for staff and clients, but also showcase our facility on Auckland’s North Shore and demonstrate projects and opportunities to our clients and prospective customers.

Recently RPM have held two client events. The first was a client night where RPM staff from various departments demonstrated how RPM can turn an original concept or idea into a prototype product in a minimal amount of time.

The RPM team demonstrated a complete whole tool making process in super quick time, showing within two hours:

• Concept to CAD model
• 5 Axis machining a raw block of steel into the cavity shape roughly finished
• 3 Axis machining to prepare ejector plates for the tool
• Fine details Spark Erosion
• Toolmakers assembly and quality checks
• Plastic Injection Molding of the finished design cavity tool with take home sample for each guest.

Our second event was our Client Christmas Social, where more emphasis is placed on pleasure than business! Held at the trendy Euro Bar in Auckland City, the atmosphere was light hearted and fun with plenty of story sharing and merry making for the start to the Christmas Season. This was an excellent networking opportunity for customers, suppliers and staff, with plenty of delicious snacks and drinks.
